The receptionist you configure during your Experience is the same receptionist you keep when you activate your subscription. It doesn't answer your spa's live calls during the Experience. After you activate, connect a new BoltAssist number or forward calls from your existing number to your BoltAssist number through your phone provider. Your existing number stays with your provider, and the same receptionist answers your live calls with your plan's features.
