The receptionist you configure during your Experience is the same receptionist you keep when you activate your subscription. It doesn't answer your company's live calls during the Experience. After you activate, connect a new BoltAssist number or forward calls from your existing number to your BoltAssist number through your phone provider. Your existing number stays with your provider, and the same receptionist answers your live calls with your plan's features.

Questions from cleaning company owners
No. It shares only the starting prices you set up, for example by type of clean and home size, and explains that the final price depends on the home. Exact quotes come from you, after your walkthrough. It can book that walkthrough on the call. It also never promises a specific cleaner or a confirmed arrival time, and it doesn't ask callers for door codes or other access details.
